year's experience, Kristine Lowder has written and published in a wide range of contexts including fiction,

precise language. She specializes in creative nonfiction, historical/inspirational fiction, and humor. Kristine also "dabbles" in children's literature, opining that "some of the best stories available are written `for children,' probably because some of the greatest profundities are also the most simple."
A child prodigy of nearly fifty years, Kristine quips, "I haven't decided what I want to be when I grow up, but in the meantime I'll settle for professional mom, homeschooler and freelance writer." Her heroes are the velveteen rabbit, the man in the yellow hat, Mike Mulligan and Mary Anne, and Reepicheep (don’t tell anyone)!
A contributor to numerous electronic publications and ezines, Kristine also participates in several twibes, book club discussions and writing groups including: Writer's Block, Writer's Dock Party, Christian Author's Circle, Through the Valley, Writer's Relief, the Professional Porch Sitter's Union, and Women on Writing.
